How do I start?
Open Get started and tell us the restaurant name. We'll be in touch soon and move the menu for you. There is no online signup. Plans from $9 a month per location: Starter $9, Plus $19, Pro $39. First month free, no credit card required. 0% commission on orders..
What does it cost?
Plans from $9 a month per location: Starter $9, Plus $19, Pro $39. First month free, no credit card required. 0% commission on orders.. Prices are in USD and are per location. No contract, and no commission on orders.
How long does setup take?
We get you live in 24–48 hours, max. Send us your menu and we build your ordering site, website and branded app for you, at no charge.
Is there a limit on orders?
No. The plan has unlimited orders. There is no monthly order cap and no per-order fee from Chefzi.

Switching from another system
Are any items not allowed on my menu?
Yes. Because under-18s may order through Chefzi websites and apps, menus must not include alcohol or alcohol-related products, or pork or pork-containing items. We may remove them, and accounts that keep listing them may be suspended. Full detail is in our terms.
Can I move from another provider?
Yes. Send a menu export, screenshots, or the link to your ordering page. Menu migration is free.
Can I keep Uber Eats or DoorDash?
Yes. Those orders still pay the marketplace. Direct orders on Chefzi do not pay Chefzi a commission.
Do I need a new website?
No. Use the site we generate, or add ordering to the site you already have.
Kitchen, payments and your account
How do orders reach the kitchen?
Receive orders in the Chefzi app on your phone or tablet. It rings until someone accepts with a prep time, or rejects with a reason. There is no extra hardware to buy. If the device goes offline, we alert you.
Where do I log in?
Restaurant owners sign in at the Chefzi app. The Login link in the header goes there.
How do I delete my account or data?
From the tablet Settings screen, or through the contact page. See the privacy policy for what we store.
