This policy covers the Chefzi software subscription for food businesses in the United States.

The plan

Plans from $9 a month per location: Starter $9, Plus $19, Pro $39. First month free, no credit card required. 0% commission on orders.. Prices are in USD and are per location. Your first month is free. The paid tiers are billed monthly in advance.

45-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of Chefzi subscription fees within 45 days of the payment, with no questions asked. Request it at paddle.net. The refund covers the Chefzi subscription fees you paid in those 45 days.

Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing for the Chefzi subscription follows Paddle’s buyer terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you are not charged for the next month.

Diner orders

A refund of a diner’s food order is between the restaurant and the diner. Chefzi takes no commission on the order.
